On Saturday, April 12, former Deland High School standout Lauren Fantone’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Rollins Tars.
The game took place at Rollins Softball Stadium at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park. This was their second matchup against the Tars this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 3:10 p.m. at Rollins Softball Stadium at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park against Rollins Tars.
