On Wednesday, March 12, former Deland High School standout Lauren Fantone’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 11-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Caldwell Cougars.
The game took place at Naimoli Family Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 2 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Caldwell Cougars.
