On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Deland High School standout Sam Monk’s current college team, the Colorado Mines Orediggers, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Point Loma Sea Lions.
The game took place at Carroll B. Land Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Sea Lions this season.
The Orediggers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2:20 p.m. at Carroll B. Land Stadium against Point Loma Sea Lions.
