Dr. Carmen Balgobin, Superintendent Volusia County Schools had the opportunity to visit Riverview Learning Center  and spread some Holiday joy! She gave some exceptional students gifts for making such wonderful progress in the iABLE program and at school. She enjoyed meeting Jordan and Manakel who were excited to receive a soccer ball and football. They LOVE sports!
