Brownie 6yo spayed female German shepherd mix

Dixie and Brownie are two sweet girls that came to VCAS after their owner passed away and her elderly husband could no longer care for them adequately. They spent most of their lives outside in a kennel together with limited human interaction. Despite their circumstances, they adapted to inside life very quickly. They are both potty trained and have not had a single accident in their crates or elsewhere in their foster home. They are very calm and content in their crates at night and willingly enter when directed. Both girls walk calmly on a leash whether they are walked together or separately. They would prefer to go to a home together but it is not essential. Both dogs are heartworm positive but treatment will be fully covered by VCAS. They are both spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, nail trimmed, and bathed. Both girls desperately want love and affection come give them a forever home of love and happiness.

Please call or text to set up a time to meet these sweet girls.      (386) 717-1373
