On Friday, March 14, former Deland High School standout Lauren Fantone’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish.
The game took place at Naimoli Family Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Sailfish this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 12 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish.
