The City of Clermont is located in Lake County and was incorporated in 1916. The current population is 29,358, according to the city’s website. The city is governed by Mayor Harold Turville Jr. and City Council members Keith Mullins, Ray Goodgame, Jack Hogan and Rick VanWagner. The council meets at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in City Hall.
