The beard is back!

In honor of Frederick DeBary’s 208th birthday, we decided to take Frederick “DeBEARY” out for a tour of our beautiful city to celebrate and show him just how far we’ve come since he was last here!

We started off by showing him the DeBary Sunrail Station, followed by introducing him to our amazing DeBary Dino! He visited his old stomping grounds at the elegant DeBary Hall Historic Site, played on the playground at Bill Keller Park, and we wrapped up the day by listening to his speech at the Gateway Center for the Arts. In case you’re wondering what he said, he’s BEARY proud of Debary’s accomplishments thus far and is excited about our future!

Happy Birthday, Mr. DeBary!
