Speed is an issue on our highways, and triple-digit speed is just unacceptable. Deputies have been out working enhanced traffic enforcement operations over the past several weeks, including yesterday. On yesterday’s operation alone, they issued 7 citations to drivers hitting 100 MPH or higher. Slow down – it’s not just your own life you’re putting at risk.
