Volusia County Public Library issued the following announcement on Aug. 18.
The competition was adorable but fierce. With over 140 ballots cast, DeBary’s Cutest Pets are:
Peaches the dog, Billy Bats the cat, and Milly the miniature donkey. Thank you to all of our entrants, and congrats to our winners!
