City of DeBary issued the following annoucement on Sept. 23.
DeBary Residents-Our Parks and Recreation department is excited to announce the Halloween Decorating Contest registration is going on now through Monday, October 18th. Get your entire family together to get creative with decorating your house with Halloween lights and spooky decorations. Homes will be judged from October 21st through October 25th.
You can register in person at 16 Colomba Road, DeBary or online with an account. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are excited to see all of the houses decked out for Halloween.
