City of Edgewater issued the following announcement on Dec. 6.
The annual Christmas parade is this Saturday (December 11, 2021). It will start at 10:00 AM and begins at Air Park Road and SR 442/Indian River Boulevard. It will then make its way east until it reaching Hibiscus Drive where it will turn and head south to Friendship Community Church (2108 Hibiscus Drive).
Traffic in and around the Florida Shores Plaza at US 1/South Ridgewood Avenue has increased dramatically through the years. In order to make the offloading/end of the parade route safe for both participants and attendees, the change to the route was made. Click on the image below to see the map of the new route.
The theme of this year’s parade is Christmas Traditions through History. There is still plenty of room for entries.
