Volusia County issued the following announcement on Dec. 16.

Beach St., Ormond Beach, The Tomoka Boat Ramp, 397 Palm Ave., Ormond Beach, and the Granada Bridge Boat Ramp, 1 S. Beach St., Ormond Beach, as an alternative.
