After the New Year celebrations, the beach can be cluttered with trash and debris, including small plastics that can be deadly to marine life. Join Volusia County’s environmental specialists to clean up and start the New Year with a clean beach. The group will also learn about the North Atlantic right whale. Meet at Sun Splash Park, 611 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach.
Volusia County's Environmental Management Division is sponsoring this Volunteer and Learn activity.
