West Volusia Regional Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Ring in the New Year with glitz, glamor, gratitude and gaiety at our Gay Gatsby 1920s themed dinner and drag show! Featuring the fabulous talents of Ms. Ashley Satine & Sanford Pride's newly crowned Queen, BJ Stevens - this formal affair is not to be missed. We will begin the evening with passed canapes and champagne, followed by a sit-down plated meal with a prix-fixed salad & soup and choice of entree, (beef, fish or vegetarian pasta - orders to be collected in advance,) and of course a delectable dessert. Two glasses of complimentary champagne will be included per person for the evening, however beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase. Formal dress is required and 1920s/Gatsby-themed attire is strongly encouraged. Once your ticket is purchased, I will reach out to collect menu choices and any dietary restrictions/allergies. The menu will be posted in the event discussion as soon as it is created. Don't forget to bring extra cash to bestow good tithings on the talent for a safe & happy new year! $125 inclusive of tax & tip.
