West Volusia Regional Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Join us for a divine dining experience created for The Lovers of delectable fare and divination! Our Valentine's Day Dinner will include three courses, an amuse bouche, soup, choice of entree, dessert and a reading for two! And don't worry, we don't single-shame, so platonic couples are also welcome! At Spellbound, we believe love is love and love is for everyone!
Entree choices must be preselected, and are as follows:
- Lobster Ravioli with Sage Butter Cream Sauce, Lump Crab & Pine Nuts
- Bone-In Pork Chop with Maple-Dijon Marinade, Golden Thyme-Butter Smashed Potatoes & Balsamic Brussel Sprouts
- Filet Mignon, Red Wine Demi, Golden Thyme-Butter Smashed Potatoes & Haricot Vert
- Amuse Bouche - Lemon Ricotta Stuffed Arancini with Smoky Tomato Sauce & Torn Basil
Dessert - Mini Chocolate Ganache Cake OR Strawberry Pound Cake Parfait
Please disclose any food allergies no more than 72 hours prior to the event. Entree and dessert selections should be sent to us in Messenger, or emailed to michelle@theempresstable.com upon ticket purchase.
Seatings are available between 5 pm & 8 pm. Readings will be done at Reader's discretion and will be approximately 15 minutes long. They are included in the price.
EVENT TIME: There are MULTIPLE seating times available. 5 pm, 5:30, 6, 6:30, 7 & 7:30. We have allotted 2 couples per seating. If you wish to attend and the tickets for your preferred time are not available, please message me and I will see if I can open up more seats.
Drinks (beer, wine, tea, coffee and soft drinks) will be available a la carte.
