Beginning July 5, work will begin on the Highbanks portion of the DeBary Elementary School parent pick up loop. It is anticipated to be complete by mid-August. During this time, Highbanks will be open in both directions, however the west-bound lane will be shifted to the middle of the road to accommodate construction work. Traffic will be directed to the middle lane.
Donald E. Smith south of Hammock Oaks Circle remains closed at this time.
