Celebrating International dog day by highlighting some of the PAWfect Dogs of DeBary, including Belle, the Fire Department's PTSD Therapy Dog.
Did you know? Belle joined the Orange City Fire Department in 2021 and has been working toward her Service Dog Certification. Once she receives her certification, Belle can go on calls and provide a sense of calm to citizens who are experiencing stressful and traumatic situations. She currently helps assist our firefighters and EMS personnel after tough calls.
We are very grateful for Belle's service to the community and for all the DeBary dogs who provide unconditional love, emotional support, and constant cuddles to our citizens .
