Registration for this year's Halloween Decorating Contest begins on Monday!! The City will be divided into two sectors (North and South of Highbanks) and there will be prizes for the winners in each division. Homes will be judged on creativity, decor use, and overall appearance. All addresses will be made public so residents can view your displays!
Register for FREE by stopping by City Hall between September 19th - October 18th.
