Another successful State of the City event is in the books!
Residents, businesses, elected officials, City staff, and other community members joined us at Gateway Center for the Arts for our 2nd annual State of the City hosted by the DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce. DeBary Mayor Karen Chasez, Vice-Mayor Phyllis Butlien, and City Manager Carmen Rosamonda shared some exciting new projects coming to DeBary while also reflecting on the successes of this past year. Highlights from today’s presentation include:
• The DeBary Elementary Turn-Lane and Traffic Success
• DeBary’s Upcoming Mainstreet Project
• The Alexander Island Project
• A New 2nd Fire Station coming to DeBary
• Recent and Future Road Improvement Projects
