CASE UPDATE: Steven Johnson has been additionally charged with 2 counts of stalking in this case, on top of his existing charges of loitering/prowling and resisting arrest without violence. He was arrested again Monday night and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail, where he posted $1,000 bail and was released overnight. Johnson was also served with an injunction for protection that a judge granted the victim in this case.
