On Saturday, Feb. 8, former University High School standout Deven Shepard’s current college team, the UNC Pembroke Braves, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Salem Tigers.

The game took place at Sammy Cox Field. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Braves’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 12 p.m. at Sammy Cox Field against Salem Tigers.
