UPDATE 3: Suspect Caleb J. Padgett (DOB 2/5/02) is wanted for aggravated battery with a firearm, armed robbery, and tampering with a victim. He shot his girlfriend during an argument in the parking lot at Memorial Park, 74 Dirksen Drive, DeBary. He has not been located at the time of this post. The victim is recovering from her injuries.

UPDATE 2: Detectives are continuing to search for the suspect who shot a woman in a dating violence incident today in DeBary. Please avoid the area, mentioned below. The victim was transported for treatment of her injuries and is expected to make a full recovery. More on suspect in the next update.

UPDATE 1: Please continue to avoid the below area in DeBary due to heavy law enforcement presence. This is still an active DV investigation. Thanks for your patience.  More information to follow.

**Our sheriff’s deputies are at the scene of a domestic violence-related incident in DeBary. This occurred just before 11:30 a.m. Please avoid the area of Gemini Springs, U.S. 17-92 and Dirksen Drive while this is active if possible. Thanks, everyone.
